Introducing On-line Customer Service Chat via Google Gmail and AOL AIM

As a value-added customer service and marketplace convenience, I have now implemented on-line customer service chat using the Google Gmail network which also integrates with AOL AIM. My hope is to be available to answer your questions in real time as we perform our daily business interneting actions.

 

To Chat:


Google Gmail

1. Set-up free account with Google Gmail

2. Enter support email address in chat field

3. Select send chat invitation

AOL AIM

1. Set-up free account free account

2. Enter "flashvideomaster" in field

3. Select send chat invitation
